BRAD SHARED A WEALTH OF ADVICE WITH THE TEAM FROM DIET, TO SLEEP AND LIFESTYLE
This week we were lucky to have Brad Wall spend some time with our Men’s Team talking all things diet, sleep, training and routines to maintain a healthy lifestyle for performing at an elite level.
Brad also introduced the men to some stretching and warm up techniques to help strengthen and reduce injuries, touching on sprinting, decelerations and safe landings.
Brad comes with a wealth of experience both professionally and personally and we appreciate you taking the time Brad!

The program is a complete warm up for elite netballers (state and national representatives) and can be useful to all netballers.
There are four main components of the program with a large variety of exercises included in each section. There are more details on the page, including two downloadable guides to assist you in learning the program.
